 CM Uddhav Thackeray, addressing people through a video conference, said vested interest were trying to defame the state.

Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray said,”I will never say that the lockdown are going to be lifted completely.

But I even have started reopening a couple of things gradually.

Once reopened, it should not be shut again. Hence, I prefer taking steps in phases. you cannot just believe economy or health. There must be a balance between the 2 ,” CM Uddhhav Thackeray said.

In an address, the Maharashtra Chief Minister further warned: “There are going to be a spike in cases thanks to relaxations in lockdown curbs.”

The Maharashtra CM further hailed the approach of the government towards tackling the pandemic.

We are keeping a track of developments across the world and our approach and treatment for COVID-19 are at par with all developed countries.

For instance , when it involves medicines, we’ve been using all medicines from dexamethasone to Remdesivir also as therapies like plasma therapy.

However, we’d like the Centre’s approval for using medicines like Remdesivir. We had sought their approval at the top of April and got it only last week,” said  CM Uddhav Thackeray.

Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thakre also said that you don’t want to talk on the politics right now.

CM Uddhav Thakre also said when he was addressing that it is not over yet so be careful, follow the government guidelines.

During addressing the public, CM Uddhav Thakre request Maratha community not come together for strike in view of pandemic.

Right now Maharashtra most affected state in India. Around 22,000 new cases report Daily.

Right now the total number of cases in Maharashtra is 1037765 including 728512 were recovered and 279768 active cases.

Maharashtra government launch new campaign known as ‘My family,My responsibility’:

The Maharashtra Government will launch Majhe Kutumb, Majhi Jababdari (My Family, My Responsibility)

From September 15 with the active involvement of NGOs and people’s representatives to effectively control the virus and supply health education to all or any within the state.

The volunteers, appointed by the Health Department, will aim to succeed in 2.25 crore households twice a month to see their fever and oxygen levels, provide health education and important health messages.As reported by the press Journal, volunteers during door to door visits will find suspected COVID-19 patients and refer services for the treatment of diseases like diabetes, heart diseases, kidney diseases and obesity.

This was decided at the meeting chaired by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, on Friday evening, at his official residence Varsha.

“The campaign are going to be implemented within the first phase from September 15 to October 10 and within the second phase from Columbus Day to United Nations Day .

The volunteers will visit each family twice during a month,” said Thackeray.

This campaign is proposed on the lines of Dastak implemented by the Bharatiya Janata Party-led government in Uttar Pradesh .

According to the Chief Minister’s Office, the campaign are going to be implemented with the participation of people’s representatives from gram panchayats and municipal corporations and together with NGOs.

The govt will organise essays and other competitions for college kids , parents, and therefore the general public to make health awareness and prizes also will tend to the winners.
